A few tips:
- Set a schedule of 1-3x per week and keep it consistent to see the best results.
- Do your homework. The more you do outside the studio, the better the results IN the studio. I sometimes give you homework so do your best to do it as your body will thank you for it. Bring Pilates home with you.
- When you’re in session or in a class stay focused and give 100% of your attention and energy to the method. You’ll feel and see a huge difference when you do.
